About Our Business
We started the Divine Designs business in June 2004.
Our vision is to transform our creative ideas into beautiful
statements of art. Our desire is to create unique artistic
jewelry that is exciting to wear!
Cathrine has always enjoyed being creative with a full range of
artistic mediums - especially stain glass and jewelry. She
received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of
Washington and has continued her desire to express herself
with light and color.
Her husband, Wesley, also enjoys working with stain glass,
wood, upholstery, and generally just loves to build things!
Many years ago, they learned to create beautiful leaded stain
glass windows and copper-foiled three-dimensional projects.
Now they have advanced to the exciting world of fused glass.
They have a fully equipped stain glass studio and own two
kilns where they design, fuse, sculpt, and create unique
dichroic pendants.
Cathrine then takes those brilliant pendants and compliments
the translucent colors with gemstones, hand-blown glass
beads, Swarovski crystals, and silver.
